What defines a product as 'Clean' at Credo?
Every product we carry must pass the Credo Clean Standard, which prohibits over 2,700 questionable ingredients found on our Dirty List and requires documentation for safety, sourcing, and sustainability.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your routine. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are working on expanding our reach to the global clean beauty community in the future.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, 100% of the brands at Credo are cruelty-free. We do not sell any products that have been tested on animals at any stage of production.
How do I earn and redeem Credo Rewards?
You can earn points for every dollar spent, for leaving reviews, and for recycling empties in-store. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases or exclusive clean beauty samples.
