At Credo Beauty, we want you to love your clean beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products that don't quite meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and have at least 50% of their contents remaining to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed quickly.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team receives and inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
